The city of Durrës is being enriched with one of the most luxurious hotels on the Albanian coast – the 5-star Crowne Plaza. Positioned in a unique location fully exposed to sunlight throughout the day, the project faced a major challenge: high energy consumption and maintenance costs required to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures for guests.

Thanks to our expertise and a thorough project study, we introduced an innovative solution using high-performance thermal and acoustic glass. This advanced glazing (composition customized for the project’s needs) minimizes energy loss, prevents overheating, and ensures long-term savings on energy and operational costs.
