Voloti Residence was developed in the heart of a coastal city, where during excavation one of Durrës’ oldest archaeological centers was uncovered. This discovery turned the project into both a challenge and an inspiration.

Our team, responsible for the architecture and façade, chose earthy archaeological tones and wave-inspired ceramic patterns to reflect both the city’s heritage and its seaside identity. To address urban air pollution, we introduced Agrob Buchtal ceramic panels, which purify the air—the equivalent of 70 trees for every 1,000 m²—while also being self- cleaning.

Voloti Residence stands as a fusion of architecture, history, and sustainability, connecting the city’s past with its future.
