The Pascucci project is located on the Albanian coastline . The building combines an Alucobond façade with a glass façade, creating a modern and attractive look suited to its seaside setting.

One of the most distinctive features of this project is the use of a glass parapet with integrated lighting, adding both functionality and design value, especially in evening visibility.

Another highlight is the installation of an Artline XL sliding façade system, one of the most advanced solutions from Aluflor’s partner WICONA. With an opening length of 16 meters, this is one of the longest sliding façades ever realized in Albania, offering maximum transparency, unobstructed views, and seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

In addition, the project includes state-of-the-art fire-resistant doors, ensuring safety while maintaining modern aesthetics.
