The OSHEE Durrës project was financed by the Albanian government and came with a very limited budget. Despite these restrictions,

A key feature of the project was the installation of a catwalk system, allowing safe external access for inspection and maintenance. The façade itself was realized using a perforated aluminum system, which served a dual purpose:

•  Acting as a sun-breaker, reducing solar exposure and heat gain.
•  Functioning as a protective parapet, ensuring safety without compromising design.

Through careful attention to form, color, and detailing, the result was a façade of remarkable quality that exceeded expectations, even under strict financial and design limitations.

OSHEE Durrës stands as an example of Aluflor’s ability to balance budget constraints with creative engineering, delivering projects that are both technically efficient and visually attractive.
