Encouraging creativity and cultural expression through free art education.
After the fall of communism in Albania, our entire society entered a period of deep transition and rebuilding. During this time, the CEO of Aluflor, inspired by a strong sense of social responsibility, began reflecting on how the company could meaningfully contribute to the future of our nation.
One thought stood out clearly — the future belongs to the next generation.
And with that, a vision was born: to do something that would bring more joy, creativity, and happiness into the lives of children.
Art became the heart of that vision.
Through art, children learn kindness, empathy, and the beauty of expression. Art shapes character, builds confidence, and helps young people grow into more compassionate and creative human beings.
At the same time, the CEO recognized another important challenge — Albania is home to many talented artists who, after the fall of communism, struggled to find opportunities. The cultural infrastructure — theaters, film, and artistic institutions — had weakened, and many artists were left without platforms to perform or share their gifts.
With these two missions in mind — to support the future generation and to empower artists — Aluflor decided to found a Performing Arts School.
The school brings together programs in acting, dancing, and singing, creating opportunities for children to explore their talents and for artists to find meaningful work that uplifts others.
This initiative is not only about art — it is about rebuilding a culture of joy, kindness, and creativity in Albania’s new era.
