Beneath the bright summer sun of Vlorë, our team set sail for a retreat that combined learning, collaboration, and relaxation. On deck, training sessions sparked new ideas and focused on improving teamwork, communication, and our ability to support one another — strengthening the bonds that make our work together more effective.
As the day unfolded, structured learning gave way to shared moments of laughter, meals, and time on the water. Some dove into the clear blue sea, while others stretched out under the sun, each finding a space to recharge and connect beyond the usual routine.
By evening, reflection came naturally. We not only left with practical lessons and insights, but also with a renewed sense of trust, unity, and energy that will carry through our work together.
