Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Engineer will play a key role in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project teams, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical specifications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

​Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is completed on time and according to specifications.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth execution.
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Report progress, challenges, and resource needs to the project management team.
  • Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure proper use and installation of façade systems, aluminium profiles, glass, and related materials.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in construction, preferably in façade or building envelope projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit or other BIM tools is a plus).
  • Familiarity with façade systems, aluminium, glass, and installation processes.
  • Good leadership and communication skills for managing site teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Albanian; English is required for communication with partners and suppliers.
