Hidden in the rugged landscapes of southern Albania, the canyons of Skrapar are known for their clear waters, high rock walls, and narrow paths shaped by nature. In this impressive setting, our team took part in an experience designed to strengthen connection and teamwork.
During the canyoning route, the team was divided into different groups in separate boats. Each group had to stay focused, communicate clearly, and support one another to maintain balance. Some groups struggled in the narrow passages, losing balance and raising their voices as they focused only on the challenges. Others stayed calm, prepared, and worked together, keeping their boats steady and moving smoothly through the course. This dynamic reflected real work situations: challenges are easier to face when the team stays calm, prepared, and aligned.
By the end of the day, it was clear how teamwork and preparation make a difference. Those who stayed focused and supported each other also enjoyed the surroundings. The activity reinforced key lessons: trust, coordination, and staying steady under pressure — essential both in nature and at work.
