Aluminium Honeycomb & ACCP Panels
ALUCORE® is an innovative aluminium composite panel consisting of two aluminium cover sheets and a core of aluminium. ALUCORE® comes in 2 variants – ALUCORE® ACCP and ALUCORE® Honeycomb panels. ALUCORE® features marine-grade corrosion-resistant alloy 5005 H24 for durability. The PVDF/FEVE coating, as per AAMA 2605, ensures long-term performance and protection from UV radiation and weathering.
ALUCORE® stands out as a premier choice for cladding, offering distinct advantages over both traditional metal cladding options (such as aluminium, steel, zinc, copper) and non-metal alternatives like stone, tiles and High-Pressure Laminates (HPL). Its exceptional properties make it the ideal solution for demanding applications where top-tier performance is crucial. For architects seeking aluminium honeycomb panels that combine durability with modern design, ALUCORE® provides unmatched versatility.
ALUCORE ACCP, the Aluminium Corrugated Core Panel is a light weight cladding material with a corrugated aluminium core sandwiched between two aluminium skins making it highly rigid. Devoid of any thermoplastic core, it is perfectly suitable for projects with stringent fire regulations. ALUCORE ACCP offers unmatched flatness enhancing the beauty of buildings. The panels are easily formable using common processing methods giving architects flexibility to execute complex designs.
PRODUCT RANGE:
Panel Thickness: 4mm and 6mm
Width: 1250mm, 1500mm
Length: ≤6000mm
ALUCORE® Aluminium Honeycomb Sheet is a unique panel with a honeycomb-shaped aluminium core embedded between two aluminium skins. The product is a true representation of an advanced sandwich composite. The ultra-low weight of the core and the increased distance between the cover sheets give it extra rigidity while keeping its weight extremely low. This results in an unmatched strength-to-weight ratio.
ALUCORE® Honeycomb panels therefore have a definite advantage when it comes to projects with high demands on
material stiffness, such as facade cladding or roofing exposed to high wind loads, or for large self-supporting and even walkable roofs. These aluminium honeycomb panels offer both durability and aesthetic designs
PRODUCT RANGE:
Panel Thickness: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm (other thickness available upon request)

We follow strict installation, handling, and storage procedures to ensure the highest surface quality and long-term performance of ALUCORE® panels.
To prevent visible reflection differences on metallic finishes, we always install panels according to the direction markings indicated on the protective foil.
This approach ensures uniform appearance across the entire façade surface.
We are also aware that, due to the production process, a maximum displacement of up to 2 mm of the cover sheets may occur along the longer panel edges
and we account for this tolerance during detailing and installation.
To protect the lacquered surface, we remove the protective foil immediately after installation. This prevents glue residues caused by UV exposure and avoids adhesion issues that may occur if the foil is left exposed to weather conditions for extended periods.
We do not mark panels or protective foil with ink, markers, adhesive tapes, or stickers, as solvents and plasticizers may damage the coated surface.
During storage, we fully protect ALUCORE® pallets from rain, moisture penetration, and condensation.
Only pallets of identical size are stacked, with a maximum of six pallets on top of each other, and the stacking height per pallet does not exceed 2 meters.
We avoid long-term storage exceeding six months, as prolonged storage may make the protective foil difficult to remove.
When stacking individual panels, no materials are placed between them, preventing pressure marks or surface damage.
